ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for a motivated, reliable and customer focused Supply Chain Analyst to join our team based in Uxbridge.

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time.

Pay Rate: £40,000 per annum.

Working Hours: 40 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday 09.00 Hrs to 17.30 Hrs.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Role Summary:

Reporting to the Head of Finance your role will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen.

Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include:

-Supply chain management
-Negotiations and continual review of preferred suppliers
-Review, read and amend client commercial contracts, documents and terms and conditions
-Refining internal process and documentation and purchase order processing
-Monthly governance meetings with supply partners
-Supplier negotiations driving down costs and implementing cost saving initiatives
-Overseeing and managing our fleet supplier
-Ad hoc commercial projects
-Assisting with tenders
-Key customer account management

ABOUT YOU:

- Ideally you will have worked in the facilities management or construction sectors
- Excellent skills in developing partnerships across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communicator with the ability to credibly engage and influence clients, partners and employees
- Analytical mind with business acumen
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Strong IT skills especially Excel
- Outstanding organizational ability
