ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for motivated, reliable and customer focused X to join our team based in Uxbridge, London (with national travel).

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time..

Pay Rate: Up to £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition, you will receive a a commission scheme based on individual and team targets.

Working Hours: 40 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday.

Start Date: Immediately.

This role will be responsible for full business development function of Tenon fm.

The role will be responsible for the achievement of the Company`s revenue line, creating business opportunity, controlling resource, setting direction and winning new business to an agreed target as well as the development and management of the Company`s sales pipeline. In addition, this role will support Operational Managers with commercial issues as requested.

Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include:

-Develop and support the business development strategy for the Company
-Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Sales and Customer Relationship activities to ensure a service that it tailored to individual clients
-Provide market feedback to the Company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, generate product development ideas and constantly understand the key differentiators
-Take ownership of the of Tenon fm`s sales functions
-Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious and stringent growth targets
-Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets
-Self-generate sales opportunities and create a strong growth platform aligned to business growth plan
-Achieve set revenue and margin targets for the Company`s Sales Operations in accordance with the overall business plan.
-Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects working with team members on commercial projects within key customers as directed
-Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models and ability to produce proposals, PQQ`s including costings, schedules and sales documentation
-Oversee all tender documents and direct the sales process in support of new business opportunities and ensure is compliant with the Company's brand guidelines
-Lead contract negotiations and negotiate the best terms possible
-Fully engage with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and successful mobilisation and implementation of new contracts
-Working closely with the Operational team to create and drive a retention plan / activity for Company key accounts, success being a retention rate of 95% or higher.
-Ensure sufficient quantity and quality of resources to meet the Company`s sales objectives
-Be a member of the company`s Senior Management team, attend meetings and contribute at a level commensurate with a Director`s position
-Lead and direct other company projects as required
-Ensure the BD team delivers the highest standard of departmental, cross departmental and customer service
-Develop business development team goals that are fully aligned with the business goals
-Provide coaching, guidance and support, set professional development plans to assist employees to reach their full potential through the performance management process
-Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

ABOUT YOU:

-Extensive and proven hands on sales experience of developing, converting and maintaing business and commericial opportunities in Facilities Management sector (ideally in soft services and exposure to hard services) as well as leading a high performacne team
-Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent client and prospect relationship at a senior level in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and conversion
-Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
-Have the ability to manage and prepare tender proposals and demonstrate the ability to manage prospect opportunities and tender projects to successful completion
-Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments and have the ability to interact and cooperate with all Company employees
-Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values
-Be commercial and financially aware
-Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to produce presentations, tenders, proposals documents
-Be an excellent communicator with the ability to confidently deliver presentations when tendering for new business and building relationships
-Full, clean driving licence (UK)
