ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for motivated, reliable and customer focused Industrial Cleaning Manager to join our team based in Manchester with a national remit.

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time.

Pay Rate: £32,500 Per Annum.

Working Hours: 40 Hrs per week, during core business hours Monday to Friday, however the team work weekends so some flexibility and contact will be expected at weekends.

Start Date: Immediately.

Role Summary:

The National Industrial Cleaning & Pest Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of an excellent Industrial Cleaning and Pest Control services to both existing and future customers. They will effectively manage a team and monitor all service activities across the sites ensuring quality standards in line with budgetary requirements. They will ensure that all employees are encouraged and supported to ensure the development of the function.

You will work with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day.

Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include:

-Regularly meet with client to review existing and proposed service provisions
-Review costs to ensure budgets remain aligned and on target to ensure increased profitability
-Establish rapport with client to reinforce the Tenon fm brand and the services in which we provide
-Support the team in producing quotations and preparation of financial information and ensure understanding of full
budgetary information to understand the importance of correct pricing.
-Lead and manage your team on all aspects of their roles and ensure continued development and support.
-Assist in preparing operational budgets, schedules, and other business reports as needed
-Ensure financial targets and other agreed targets are met across the region
-Build and maintain relationship with existing and new customers to drive growth and sales
-Work with teams across the business such as Finance, Business Development and HR to support growth of the Industrial Cleaning and Pest Control offering.

ABOUT YOU:

-Previous experience managing an Industrial Cleaning team
-Experience of managing a Pest Control function is beneficial
-An excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and credibly engage and influence clients, partners and employees
-Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to produce presentations as well as analyse and report on data and make recommendations
-Experience of audits and working with ISO 9001, 14001 and QHSAS 18001 standards
-CSCS card, PASMA and IPAF
-Knowledge of legislative framework for contracting, including TUPE transfers
-Be an excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and credibly engage and influence clients, partners and employees
-Experience of finance and budgetary control and ability to manage profit and loss
-Excellent skills in building relationships and developing partnerships across multiple stakeholders
-Proven record of being responsive and innovative
-Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
-Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values
