ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for motivated, reliable and customer focused Mobile Cleaning Coordinator to join our team covering a portfolio of sites in the South .Ideally you will live near North London.

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time.

Pay Rate: £32,000 per annum, plus Company Vehicle provided .

Working Hours: 40 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 Hrs to 17:30 Hrs.

Start Date: Immediately.

Role Summary:

Interact with customers to gain a full understanding of client needs and deliver a service which exceeds expectations, thereby ensuring that our clients have a better day, every day. Responsible for ensuring all team members within remit are engaged and motivated, have a full understanding of contract service provisions and requirements to guarantee they deliver exceptional service standards in line with service level agreements and budgetary requirements.

You will work with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day.

Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include:

-Develop and sustain excellent customer relationships by working in close partnership with them and their team to ensure service delivery excellence at all times
-Proactively arrange and attend meeting with customers to review existing service provisions and identify new business opportunities
-Review costs to ensure budgets remain aligned and on target and increase profitability
-Manage the service delivery ensuring a proactive and efficient service which is innovative and continuously improving
-Circulate information of any new service procedures to site team members and managers to ensure best practice Company wide
-Ensure monthly reports, audits and any other relevant documentation requested by clients or Tenon fm is produced and reported within defined deadlines
-Ensure all site information is maintained and updated in accordance with Company procedures and Service Level Agreements
-Consumables and materials ordering. Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
-To provide clients with information on the extra services Tenon can provide
-Responsible for work force planning for your sites
-Training of operative level employees across all requirements.
-HR investigations and support.
-Responsibility for T&A compliance across all sites.
-To compile the weekly/monthly hours for each site ensuring these are updated on the timesheets at the end of each month
-Produce and / or assist with quotations for new service provisions and new sites
-Full oversight team members site attendance, resolving attendance gaps to ensure service continuity is maintained and responsible for processing monthly payroll for team members ensuring employees are paid right first time
-Manage your site team on all aspects of their role, Company policies and procedures to ensure that they clearly understand and take ownership of their area of responsibility, proactively respond to client requests to deliver an efficient and responsive service and performance manage as necessary

ABOUT YOU:

-Proven experience working as a mobile co-ordinator / Senior Supervisor across multiple sites in cleaning / Facilities Management, with evidence of leading high performing teams, developing business and commercial opportunities
-Knowledge of legislative framework for contracting, including TUPE transfers
-Be an excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and credibly engage and influence clients, partners and employees
-Have an understanding of finance and budgetary control and ability to manage profit and loss
-Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, analyse and report on data and make recommendations
-Experience of audits and working with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
-Has the ability to manage, coach, develop and motivate site operatives
-Excellent skills in building relationships and developing partnerships across multiple stakeholders
-Proven record of being responsive and innovative
-Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
-Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values
