ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for motivated, reliable and customer focused Waste Collection Driver Operative to join our team based in Bruntingthorpe, Lutterworth, LE17 5QS.

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time.

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

Working Hours: 42.5Hrs per week, Monday to Friday (inclusive of working bank holidays) 08:00Hrs to 16:30Hrs.

Start Date: Immediately.

Role Summary:

Daily collections and disposal of differing waste streams in compliance with customer and Tenonfm safety instructions & guidance, to meet with the daily routine and service expectations.

You will work with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day.

Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include:

-Following a daily route for the collection of waste at given locations.
-The ability to divert and change the routine upon supervisory instruction, as and when require to maintain service delivery.
-A full understanding of processes and compliance to Health & Safety instruction for all aspects of the role.
-The use of cardboard bailer as and when required.
-Ensuring the waste is disposed of in the correct location therefore avoiding waste contamination.

Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
