ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking to employ a dedicated and hard-working Specialist Cleaning Technician to who is versatile and familiar with tasks Window Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Daily Office Cleaning, Specialist Access, Cleaning .

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time.

Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour.

There is an expectation of occasional weekend work with an increased hourly rate, the role will be working a minimum of 40 hours a week.
Location will be to cover the North and Midlands with a possibility of overnight stay on the odd occasion if having to travel further afield.

Start Date: Immediately.

To be successful as a Specialist Cleaning Technician, you should be knowledgeable of health and safety regulations, Ultimately, demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Specialist Cleaning Technician Requirements:
-Valid driver's license.
-Proven cleaning experience.
-Sound knowledge of industry-related health and safety regulations.
-The ability to safely operate aerial lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment.
-The ability to work at different heights.
-The ability to work in all weather conditions.
-The ability to work within different Sectors, Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Logistics, Schools, NHS
-Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
-Effective communication skills.
-MEWP (IPAF cards) and PASMA certification would be an advantage
-DBS, CSCS Cards ( Can be Supplied )
