ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently recruiting for motivated, reliable and customer focused Soft Services Contract Manager to join our team based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9AB.
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time.
Pay Rate: £55,000 - £65000 per annum.
Working Hours: 40Hrs per week, Monday to Friday 09:00Hrs to 17:30Hrs.
Start Date: Immediately.
Role Summary:
This is an exiciting opportunity to work on one of our key contracts where you are solely dedictated and will be interacting with our client. You will gain a full understanding of client needs and deliver a service which exceeds expectations, thereby ensuring that our clients have a better day, every day. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all team members within their remit are engaged, motivated and have a full understanding of the contract service provisions and requirments to meet and exceed service delivery. The soft service manager will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality soft services across the site whilst ensuring company standards and policies are followed and maintained to the highest level.
You will work with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day.
Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include:
- Develop and sustain excellent customer relationships by working in close partnership with the customer and their team to ensure service delivery excellence at all times.
- Proactively arrange and attend meeting with main client to review existing service provisions and identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular structured feedback to your line manager and supporting managers
- Have a full understanding of costings of sites within remit and responsible for maintaining and updating costings in line with any required changes with the support of the Commercial team, e.g. annual increase of NMW, client cost revision request
- Review costs to ensure budgets remain aligned and on target
- Manage the service delivery ensuring a proactive and efficient service which is innovative and continuously improving.
- Review monthly timesheets with client before sharing with finance for invoicing
- Circulate information of any new service procedures to Tenon account managers and to ensure best practice Company wide
- Ensure monthly reports, audits and any other relevant documentation requested by clients or Tenon fm is produced and reported within defined deadlines and updated on the shared Hub
- Full oversight team members site attendance, review any gaps to ensure service continuity is maintained.
- Responsible for overviewing monthly payroll for team members ensuring delivered hours is what has been invoiced
- Lead and manager your team on all aspects of their role, Company policies and procedures to ensure that they clearly understand and take ownership of their area of responsibility, proactively respond to client requests to deliver an efficient and responsive service and performance manage as necessary
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience working as a Dedicated or Key Account Manager across multiple-sites or large single-site in cleaning / Facilities Management, with evidence of leading high performing teams, developing business and commercial opportunities
- Knowledge of legislative framework for contracting, including TUPE transfers
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and credibly engage and influence clients, partners and employees
- Experience of finance and budgetary control and ability to manage profit and loss
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to produce presentations, analyse and report on data and make recommendations
- Experience of audits and working with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
- Has the ability to lead, manage, coach, develop and motivate managers and teams
- Excellent skills in building relationships and developing partnerships across multiple stakeholders
- Proven record of being responsive and innovative
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values
- Be responsible in ensuring all monthly supplier orders are kept inline with budget requirements
Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided. You will need to present and conduct yourself in a professional, courteous and appropriate manner in accordance with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines and values.
