ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently recruiting for a motivated, reliable and customer focused Deep Clean Team Leader to join our team based around Surrey & Sussex area.
Job Type: Permanent - Part Time.
Pay Rate: £35,000 Per Annum.
Working Hours: 40Hrs per week, 8Hrs per day, Tuesday to Saturday - 16:00Hrs to 24:30Hrs.
Start Date: Immediately after successful Vetting (usually takes up to 4 weeks)
Overview of Role:
This role involves delivering high standards of specialist cleaning services across various sites during out of hours operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleaning duties are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with company procedures. The position requires a proactive and reliable individual who can work independently, support and supervise a small team, and maintain excellent service standards in secure and sensitive environments. A company vehicle will be provided for operational use.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Carry out of hours deep cleaning duties across designated sites.
- Operate and maintain specialist cleaning equipment, including rotary machines, steam cleaners, hot and cold water systems, high-level cleaning equipment, SkyVac systems, and carpet cleaning machinery.
- Undertake cleaning within police stations and custody suites in line with required standards and protocols.
- Supervise, coordinate, and support a small cleaning team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure all cleaning activities are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- A company vehicle will be provided for operational duties.
Key Skills

-Full UK driving license.
