ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for a motivated, reliable and customer focused Mobile Cleaning Support to join our team based at Preston & Surrounding Areas.

As a Mobile Cleaning Support operator, you will interact and support the Operational Management team to assist teams of cleaning staff across multiple sites, building effective relationships and ensuring that employees are working productively and safely. You will work with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day. You will be required to be an excellent communicator flagging all areas of concern and praise to your line manager for all sites visited.

Job Type: Fixed Term - Part Time - 1 month.

Pay Rate: £14 per hour.

Working Hours: 20 Hrs per week, 4 Hrs per day, Monday to Friday.

Drivers Licence required - Company Vehicle + Fuel Card.

To cover holidays and school deep cleans

Start Date: Immediately.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Recruitment, including interviewing of 1st stage Operative level employees
- Work with customers and teams to address any specific requirements or concerns where required
- Provide hands-on cleaning support across sites during periods of holiday or sickness cover and responding to cleaning requests as required
- Support in rota organisation as well as providing accurate timesheets to the Area Manager
- Contribute to and maintain good relationship with customer representatives on site.
- Communicate with teams, customers using mobile phone provided

ABOUT YOU:

- Proven experience as a Cleaning Operator
- Good understanding of working across multiple sites
- Ability to quickly build credible relationships and to challenge when necessary
- Self-motivated with the ability to work individually or a part of a team
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
