ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for motivated and experienced Recruiter a Fixed-Term 6 month contract to join our team based in Uxbridge.

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time.

Pay Rate: Up to £40,000 per annum (Pro Rata).

Working Hours: 40 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday usually 09.00 Hrs to 17.30 Hrs office based.

Start Date: Immediately.

Role Summary:

Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include:

-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a key focus on direct recruitment
-Manage the candidates' own expectations, ensuring they are kept engaged and informed throughout their experience
-Own the HO induction process and ensure that new employees are fully inducted into the business and have the appropriate skills and capabilities to deliver business excellence
-Work with the Recruitment & HR Coordinator on the non-HO roles, ensure adherence with Company processes and procedures
-Design and implement a best practice recruitment & selection guide to attract high calibre talent, incorporating all business areas thereby ensuring full compliance with Recruitment policies and procedures as well as relevant employment legislation
-Train the hiring managers, both new to the business and internal promotions, in the Company recruitment procedures
-Track and continually improve recruiting metrics, including cost per hire, time to hire, FT / PT and diversity breakdowns, attrition rates, candidate experience, internal v`s external appointments etc
-Recommending and driving process efficiencies that impact recruitment effectiveness
-Working with Operational managers and HR team members to understand key resource requirements and develop resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organisational needs as well as in problematic / specialty areas
-Continued review and development our careers website with our IT and Marketing teams
-Play an active role in key project initiatives, including Diversity & Inclusion, Employer Brand strategy
-Work with the wider HR team and Line Managers to identify and develop key talent and manage succession
-Identify talent and working cross functionally to implement succession planning

ABOUT YOU:


-Proven experience in a sourcing or recruiter role, specifically in-house recruitment, preferably in a multi-site fast-paced service-industry such as Facilities Management, Retail, Hospitality etc
-Sound working knowledge of recruitment practices and understanding and of the current labour market
-Experience in creating and implementing comprehensive and innovative recruitment and selection processes and developing candidate attraction plans and talent pools
-Experience on using Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Amris
-Experience of using online recruitment tools, job boards, social media, search engines to identify talent
-Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to produce presentations, written reports and communications and manipulate data to produce statistical reports
-Be an excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and credibly engage and influence partners and employees
-Excellent skills in building relationships and developing partnerships across multiple stakeholders
-Proven record of being responsive, innovative and solution-focused
-Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure with a common-sense approach
-Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
-Excellent organisation, prioritisation and administration skills with a focus on attention to detail
-Have the flexibility to travel to sites, if required
-Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values
